In order to increase and improve its production in the state, the British company Reckitt made an investment of USD $70 million dollars for the acquisition of a state-of-the-art industrial dryer for the plant located in Delicias, Chihuahua. On behalf of Governor Maru Campos Galván, the Secretary of Rural Development Mauro Parada headed the ribbon cutting of the machinery and thanked the company for its confidence in the state and for strengthening the ties of collaboration to boost the economic growth of this area. "The joint work is of utmost importance to consolidate Chihuahua as the export platform for this type of products, always with a sustainable perspective, and for the benefit of Mexican families," said the state official. Reckitt announced that the total investment in the Delicias plant for this year is around MXN $150 million pesos and it is projected that by 2023 the figure will reach MXN $299 million. The British company, with a presence in more than 60 countries, has as its main purpose to achieve a cleaner and healthier world. Globally, it has more than 43 thousand employees and is a world leader in three divisions: hygiene, health and nutrition.
